Clients are opted in by default to receive sms reminders as long as their phone number on file is set to mobile, and sms reminder services are enabled.
If a client opts out (by replying to our system’s text with the word STOP) they will stop receiving sms reminders. This will show in their client file with a lock icon under their mobile number.
If the client wants to opt back in, they can do so by texting the word START to (269) 509-4288.
